Delivery Information

We undertake to dispatch your order on the next business day *if the order is placed before 10:00am Sydney time.  Flat rate shipping refers to freight charged for an online order placed on the https:// enviro-corp.com.au/shop website only.  

We use Australia Post or their agents for deliveries throughout Australia.  Please refer to the Australia Post website to receive the latest information on delivery times, as current events may impact your delivery – this is beyond our control. 

Once your delivery is picked up from our warehouse, Australia Post will send an email or SMS, with a tracking number and details of their website. This will enable you to track your order if required. 
 
For items that are too big for Australia Post to carry, we will use our nominated courier service. 

International Customers

We are currently not shipping overseas due to the delays in international shipping times.  

Returned Goods and Claims Procedure

a) The customer shall notify ENVIRO CORP in writing within 7 days and include invoice details to facilitate the prompt handling of the customer claim. Images of invoice or photos of the product issue are always appreciated.

b) ENVIRO CORP will need to contact the customer prior to the physical return of the product to the ENVIRO CORP office, as we do not refund for change of mind, however, at ENVIRO CORP’s discretion, goods incorrectly ordered by the customer may be approved for return and refund. 

They must be returned in a saleable condition within 7 days at the customer’s expense. A restocking fee may be charged and deducted from the credit. Items that are not in a saleable condition will not be credited and freight is not refundable. No returns will be accepted after 14 days.

c) ENVIRO CORP will notify the customer in writing of how to return the product to ENVIRO CORP, including the deduction fee.

d) Product under warranty conditions may be replaced or returned to ENVIRO CORP and ENVIRO CORP will notify the customer in writing on the process.

e) Refunds will not be provided for any of the e-learning courses, e-Books, gift cards or clearance items published on this website, so please make an informed decision before making payment.
