Bio-Tape™ offers a reliable method for sampling and assessing mould, microbial, bioaerosol, and inorganic dust contamination. This tool enables rapid sampling and evaluation of contamination levels, making it especially beneficial for valuable or non-transportable materials. It excels on smooth surfaces where precise sampling is needed.

The Bio-Tape consists of a flexible plastic microscope slide featuring a predefined adhesive area. A center-line marker assists users in locating the sampling center and helps laboratory analysts identify the sample’s center. Each slide includes a unique serial number for traceability and comes packaged in a mailer to prevent cross-contamination.

Additionally, Bio-Tape is now compatible with both optical microscopy and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). This compatibility allows for comprehensive analysis, including optical, SEM, and X-ray examinations, all from the same air surface sample and identical particles.

Bio-Tape™ consists of a flexible plastic microscope slide with a pre-defined adhesive area. A center-line marker on the slide aids the user in locating the center when taking the sample. Each slide is provided with a unique serial number for traceability and packed in a slide mailer to prevent cross contamination.
