Why Lighting Assessment Matters

Our Process
1. Scoping — We confirm which areas and task types need assessment, and whether results also need to support a NABERS or WELL submission.
2. On-site lux testing — Calibrated lux meters measure illuminance at representative points across circulation areas, workstations and task-specific zones.
3. Benchmarking — Results are compared against the relevant AS/NZS 1680 sub-part for each space and task type.
4. Reporting — A clear report identifies any areas below recommended levels, with practical recommendations — fixture upgrades, repositioning, maintenance — to bring them into compliance.
5. Follow-up (if needed) — Where remediation is carried out, we can confirm compliance with a follow-up measurement.
